About Sports Award Dinner

I had "Sports Award Dinner on 1st of November at WH Hall.

I was invited for it because I won the tournament of Badminton at school the other day!!:)

We were able to choose from two courses and I chose Chicken.

About Athletic Heats on 18th and 26th of September

At Woodford House we had a Athletic heats last month :)

It was so exciting and I had fun doing many events!!

We were waiting to do Discus throwing which was the most favorite event for me in those two days :D

New way of doing massage:)

There were many events!!
Such as discus,100m running,long jump,high jump and stuff :)
I've done seven events!!:D
100m running,long jump,high jump,discus,shot put,javelin..
These are events which I did!!:)


The hardest event was high jump!!
Do you want to know the reason??
It's simple!!:)
That's because I don't have long legs enough to jump really high like others!!hahaha
Poor me~
I need to grow up more though I'm growing fatter and fatter at the moment so...
IMPOSSIBLE~haha

Anyway it was s hard but actually I cleared the first level!!:))))
When I cleared it many people said "Well done,Chikae!!","Good work,Chikae" and so on!!
It was a happy time for me:D
But it wasn't my most happiest time in that day!!haha

I failed at the second level...
It's was quite sad and I felt embarrassed because there were lot of people watching me failing to do it...
But suddenly it was changed!!
One year 13 students said
"Well done Chikae!!You've done really great job!!" and such things!!:D
Oh~
How sweet and how lucky girl I am having such a wonderful person!!:))
I was about to cry because it was so happy for me!!
Moreover many people followed her and praised me a lot as well!!!!:)))

I really thought that Woodford House is such a awesome school with awesome students!!<3
I love to go to Woodford House spending a time with many kind people!!

I'm so sad that I have to leave here about a month later...

I need to make much more great memories now on!!:)))))))



Anyway I had a great time at Athletic Heats @ Woodford House!!:D

About Exam

From Last Thursday to this Tuesday was Benchmarck exam days.

I seemed really big exam for other students!!:(((

Like our "TEIKITESUTO"'s bigger ver!!haha

We,international students don't have to sit on the exma because we don't need this.

But I did English exam just for trying because my English teacher suggested!!:)

I think it was good opotunity to do it!!:D

It was really difficult though...haha

It was 3 hours test.

When I heard it I though I should not do that because i have never done such a long exam!!

In Japan normally one subject take an hour to do the test!!

At my school we have test week and each day we have two or three tests.

So about four days are all exam day like in here at WH!

But we have twelve subjects so it was sooo terrible days...haha

Everyone study really hard to take good result!!X(

And also we have two these kind of tests in each term!!

We have 3 terms a year so we have 6 big tests in a year!!:((((((

Anyway so I have never done such a long exam!!

But later I heard that I don't need to sit whole exam time

because I just do a little bit test of English not like everyone does!!:)

Everyone have to write about three things(like essay) but I have done just one!!:))))

So it was alright but still difficult!!haha

I wrote about film study,AVATAR!!

We watched during the class and studied about it!!

AVATAR was really famous in Japan as well but I didn't watch it

 so I thought i should watch it in Japan!!haha

This film study was really fun for me because it is really easy to understand more than othere things

which I've done at Englsih class!!:)

So I wanted to try this exam!!:)))

To do the exam was not easy but I thought it was good English practice for me!!:)))))))))

About Wellington trip with year10

From 14th of August to 16th of August

 I went to Wellington with year 10 and Mayumi because we were invited by school to go there!!: )

It was really amazing spending time with other young age year

bacause they are really interested in us,foreign country people!!

14th frist day

As soon as we arrived at Wellington,we went war memorial.

The highest building was closed because of the earthquake proof.

And at there i did something special thing!!: )
Then we arrived at YHA which we stayed.
Then we went shopping to go to NEW WORD supermarcket to buy some snucks!!: )
After we came back to YHA,we ate dinner,NACHOS!!<3
It was yummy!!:D
After dinner we went to movie cinema to watch movie!!

15th second day
In the morning we went to Westpac STADIUM which is famous for playing rugby.
It was huge and beautiful and i remind Tokyo dome which is Japanese professional baseball studium.
I love watching baseball and the studium remaind me the Tokyo dome
 Westpac studium is not for baseball though!!haha

Then we went up on the hell by bus and had lunch.
At there really funny and happy things were happened!!
First when i was having lunch with Mayumi,Mr Rodriguez came and said to us there are Japanese lady and man who visited WH yesterday!!
I was thinking that they are someone's parents like new year8 Japanese girl's parents.
But anyway i was so excited to meet Japanese so I run quike to meet them.
When i asked the reason why they came to WH,then i understood why they came to WH clearly.
We talked in Japanese a lot and took photos!!
When they came to WH 14th,Mayumi and I was not there so teacher told them that more Japanese girls are in Wellington right now...
But we met by chance!!
How amazing thing it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: )
Not only this is my amazing story on this day!!
I met more Japanese students by chance as well!!!!!: )
One of them came to NZ to go to school like us and others came to NZ just for trip.
We talked a lot in Japanese again~ : )
It was sooooooo fun!!!!!!!!:D
During that time it was lunch time for us.
Then there were so many yogurt left...
What did we do..??
We gave it to everyone around us!!!hahahahaha
So after giving yogurt to many people and when I looked around us it was sooo funny view!!

In the afternoon we went to Parliament which I often watch on the TV!!:)
It was so beautiful and huge!!:)

16th the final day

This day we separated with two groups.

The our group went to Tepapa which is really famous museum in NZ!!:)

It's art exhibition!!:)

It was cool!!:))

But few hours later,we felt real one!!haha

After Tepapa we saped with other group and went to Holocaust centre.

I learnt about Holocaust at History class so it was so interesting stories to listen to for me!!

I also heard the happy story about Japanese!!

Do you know "Chiune Sugihara"??

When the people who talked a lot of precious stories noticed 

that Mayumi and I are Japanese he stared to talk about him...

To explain easily,what he had done is that he managed to publish the Visa for Jewish to accept to come to Japan escape from Holocaust!!(Hopefully it is right sentence...haha)

When I was doing my research at the History class I found this story and I was proud myself 

that I'm Japanese and one of our Japanese people have done really amazing thing 

which is really dangerous thing to do at that time.

So when the man started to talking about him and said his name I was so excited to know more about him!!

Sometimes I hear that not good things about Japan at History class especially about the war.

I know that I should know about what my country,Japan had done in old days.

Sometimes I feel bit sad when I hear about it...

But I really think that this is really good point in learning History

 in different country and different point of view!!

So I can find new way of thinking!!:))))

It is really hard to learn History with different country in different language though

I'm really enjoying leaning History in here!!:)))))))))

Anyway back to the story about what I've done at Holocaust centre...

When we were stayed there as you know...

The EARTHQUAKE was strucked...

I didn't feel it was so big but it was strucked few times...

Then it cause a traffic jam..It was so bad...

That's because we couldn't get out of Wellington for nearly two hours!!:(((((

Normally we are able to get out quickly!!

We didn't have plan to eat dinner because we planed come back to school at 19:30 but we had dinner at Mac with nearly 50 people on our way to go back to school!!haha

It was soo funny!!

At 12:00,we finally arrived at school!!:)

Everyone looks really tired...haha

But it was sooooo nice trip to go to Wellington with year10!!:)))))

Thank you for taking us to go there!!!!!:)))))))))))))))

  

About Sushi cooking with awesome international students!!: )

We made wonderful Sushi which is Japanese traditional food with Johanna who is from Germany

 and Rossella who is from Italiy and Mayumi!!: )

We made mazing Sushi with flower shape!!

It was Mayumi's idea!!:)

About skiing on 6th August

The next day of Tongariro crossing we went skiing~!!

Many people had sore with their foot though we enjoye it!!: )

I wanted to ski more like whole day but we had to take bus to go home on that day so we couldn't...haha

They ski for the first time but they were really good at skiing!!X)
