About Ball

I went to the ball on Friday!!

Everyone dressed up and put on make up.

I and Mayumi do those things at Mayumi's house.

To prepare for the ball was very fun for me!!

That's because I have never been school ball in Japan

also there are no school ball in Japan's school and almost every school don't have school ball!!

We have no idea to do make up and hair style so we have to think about those things first.

We look up photos of hair style and decided our hair style.

Then start to do this.

First,we wore dress and do hair style.

It was difficult to do my hair style.

So Mayumi and her host mother Jennie helped me to do it.

Also I helped to do Mayumi's hair style with Jennie as well!!haha

Second,we put on make up.

We usually don't put on make up so we really have no idea what can we do!!:(

But Jennie helped us!!

We could finish putting on make up!!:)

When finished it the time was already about 6:20!!

The ball was held at the winerly.

It was really beautiful and around building there are huge grapes trees!!:)

Then we could see classmates who has already dressed up!!

They were really beautiful!!

Then we sit and begin to eat dinner.

The seet was different from Mayumi's so I feel navous than before we separate...:(

But my next to friend spoke to me so I could relax!!

Dinner was very yum<333

Also dessert was yummy too!!:)

After eating dinner they danced with their partner!!

It was looks fun!!:)

But we(Mayumi and me) don't have partner so we saw ancing from side!haha

After that band group start to singing so we dance again!!

I joined it.

It was really fun:)

Also I could take a lot of photo at that time!!

I want my mom,Dad and so on to see those photos!!:)

We finished the ball about 12:30 at midnight!!

Then we took a bus to go home!!

There were many students at same bus!!

We arrived at Mayumi's house ay about 2:45 in the morning!!

Hainze who is her host father was about to go his work!!

Jennie who is her host mother took me to go home!!

And i arrived at my home at about 3:00!!

I want to say big thank you to Jenie!!!!!!!!:)

Then I finsh the ball day!!:)

About my hometon and assembry presentation

Yesterday I do presentation about Japan in front of everyone at Woodford House.

I wore Yukata which is our traditional clothes and mayumi wore our school uniform.

We changed quickly as fast as we can and ran to hall.

There were already many students at hall and many people look at us!!

When we sit on the chair some year11 students spoke to us that

 "What is this clothes?Is that your school uniform??"

So we tell her that Mayumi's is our school uniform and I'm wearing Japanese traditional clothes!

I was really happy that many people were interested in our clothes!

Japan was top batter to do presentation.

I felt quit nervous but it was all right :-)

And I felt really happy that everyone consentrate to listening our presentation and looking prezi!!

After doing presentation at assembly I had History class so I changed clothes again quickly then went to History class.

When I opened the class's door,teacher smiled at me and said,

"Your presentation was really good.Well done!!"

Then everyone in the class crap their hands to only me!!

I was really happy!!

And not only History class!!!!

When I met someone even I had never taked before spoke to me!!:0

It was very surprising for me!!XD

I want to teach more about Japan someday again!!:) 

It was great oppotunity to speak in front of many people at assembly!!:)

About differences between my school in Japan and Woodford

Let me tell you about difference of my school in Japan and Woodford!!:)

There are really many things different!!

I was very surprised by a lot of things so I want to tell you about that!haha

 

1. There are beautiful nature around Woodford!!
2. School unifrom's skirt is longer than my Japan's school!!
3. There are morning tea time at Woodford!!
4. Lunch is prepared by school everyday and everyday different menu!!
5. There are many buildings at Woodford!!
6. I can wear sandals at woodford as school uniform!!
7. People in Woodford is really kind!!I really like them!!:)
8. There is interval(long break) when I finished piriod2!!
9. There are only 5piriod in one day!!
10. We can bring snucks!!
11. We can take cellphone in my poket everytime!!
12. There are many animals at Woodford!!
13. We don't have to use school designated bag!!
14. We can use own comuputer at the class!!
15. We can go out and drink water during the class!!
16. We can drink own water during the class!!
17. There are common room at Woodford!!
18. There are no blackboard!!
19. There are no own classroom!!But we have form class!!
20. At the class time almost student ask questions or answer puestions!!Moreover not same person!!!
21. There are many assembly in a week!!
22. Teachers and studnts know each name and year!!
23. Everyone tied up own hair!!
24. Everyone come to school by school bus or their family's car or walk!!
25. Teacher ask students a lot of questions at the class time!!
26. There is swimming sprots!!
27. Four houses!!Frimly!!haha
28. We can watch TV at common room!!
29. There are very close friend if they aren't same year!!
30. Saturday is no school!!
31. There is school ball!!
32. There are four terms and there are holiday!!
33. There are not a lot of subject!!
34. Everyone are using blue ballpoint pen!! 

 

......so on!!:)

 

I want to explain about these!!

 

1.There are beautiful nature around Woodford!!

My school in Japan,it was built in near centre of Tokyo..

There aren't so many buildings but there are not so many nature too!

2.School unifrom's skirt is longer than my Japan's school!!

My school in Japan's uniform is also very long skirt but not longer than Woodford's skirt!!

But I like Woodford's uniform very much!!:)Because I like red color it's very cute!!<333

3.There are morning tea time at Woodford!!

We don't have this time!!

We only have 10 minute break when the one piriod finished

 and only lunch time is a little long break!!

4.Lunch is prepared by school everyday and everyday different menu!!

We have to bring lunch box from house or we have to buy lunch at school everyday!!

And it is everyday same menu..But it is yummy!!:)

5.There are many buildings at Woodford!!

We don't have many buildings like Woodford in Japan.

6.I can wear sandals at woodford as school uniform!!

We have to wear shose...

It's too hot in summer...:(

7.People in Woodford is really kind!!I really like them!!:)

I really always think so!!!!:)

8.There is interval(long break) when I finished piriod2!!

We don't have this time!!

We have only 10minute break...:(

9.There are only 5piriod in one day!!

I was really surprised!!

I had 8piriod on Tuesday and almost everyday had 7 piriod!!(About my course)

And we studied math and English a lot!!

Especialy math was really tired...

I had 3classes on Tuesday!!:(

8piriod is finished about 18:10!!

And after that I have to take very busy train like in the morning to go to home!!:(

I arrived at home 7:30...

 

10.We can bring snucks!!

If I bring snucks at my school in Japan,teacher become angry:(

But everyone hide and bring to school!haha

11.We can take cellphone in my poket everytime!!

My class in Japan often everyone put own cellphone to one bag and teacher bring it to stuff room and keep it until all classes finished!!:(

And we must turn off swith!!

If cellphone ring at the class teacher take and keep some days...

12.There are many animals at Woodford!!

We don't have animals at my school in Japan!

13.We don't have to use school designated bag!!

At my school in Japan,I have to use school's bag!

It is little small...:(

14.We can use own comuputer at the class!!

I can't use computer at the class time without imformation class!:(

15.We can go out and drink water during the class!!

We can't stand up and walk somewhere too:(

If I want to drink,I have to drink at the break time!

16.We can drink own water during the class!!

Smiller to 15!

17.There are common room at Woodford!!

We don't have such a nice room:(

I want to have this room at my school in Japan!!:(

18.There are no blackboard!!

There are whitebroad at Woodford!!

19.There are no own classroom!!But we have form class!!

I have own class room to study.

Usually stay there and have classes but sometimes we have to go other classroom! 

20.At the class time almost student ask questions or answer puestions!!Moreover not same person!!!

Sometimes in my class in Japan only teacher talked and finished!!haha

No one talk!!

21.There are many assembly in a week!!

I don't have many times!

Only special days!

22.Teachers and studnts know each name and year!!

I can't believe in Japan!:(

23.Everyone tied up own hair!!

In Japan there are many people many hair stail:)

24.Everyone come to school by school bus or their family's car or walk!!

I have to take very busy train to go to school and go home...

Almost everyone have to take the train...

And we don't have school bus!!

25.Teacher ask students a lot of questions at the class time!!

Different system to teach between Japan and NZ!

But i think NZ is more good system:)

Because everyone can join the class!!

26.There is swimming sprots!!

I didn't have this festival!!

But I had school festival and music concert and sports festival!!

27.Four houses!!Frimly!!haha

We have only red and white!

28.We can watch TV at common room!!

I don't have such a room and we can't see TV at school!!:(

29.There are very close friend if they aren't same year!!

It is really good thing!!:)

Everyone smile at me!!<3

30.Saturday is no school!!

I had school on Saturday:(

Amazing!!

Every Sunday only no school!!

But on Saturday we have only 4piriod:)

31.There is school ball!!

I'm looking forward to going!!:)

32.There are four terms and there are holiday!!

I have 3terms!!:)

33.There are not a lot of subject!!

I had English(2),PE,Biology,World history,social study,imformation,math,Japanese,old Japanese,Olral and Japanese culture class!!:(

So when I have a big test,I really exhausted...

And we have four days tests!!:(Amazing...

And lot of prep too...

34.Everyone are using blue ballpoint pen!!

We all use a mechanical pencil!!:) 

 

There are many different things between my school in Japan and Woodford!!
 But I'm happy that I can experience different things:)
I want to enjoy this differences<333

 

 

 





About Singapore

Let me tell you about Singapore which I lived for three years!:)

Because of my father's work.

When I finished to going to kindergarden I left Japan.

I was really sad to separate with my grandperents and relatives...

I remembered about this..haha

Singapore is near to the red line so there are no winnter!

Always summer!!:)
I could swim anytime if I want!!haha

 

I went to changi elementary school!!

In Japan every elementary school students use "Randoseru" to go to school!

And it's a sign that I'm elementary school's students.

randoseru:)

The basic color of Randoseru is black and red!!

Black is for boys and red is for girls.

In singapore everyone use natural backpack so I couldn't buy Randoseru..

I was very sad..

But when i go back to Japan(I was fourth grade of elemenatry school)I bought it!!:)

 

About changi primary school!

This school is really huge school and very clean!:)

I love this school!

We could play a lot and learn a lot at here!:)

Now it changed a littile when I was in here.

Also I like all my teacher!

 

I learned swimming,tennis and softball in Singapore!:)

I had swimming pool and tennis court at home!!
