About Holiday in Rotorua



I went to Rotorua for the Japanese school trip 13th~16th : )

Before I went there I really didn't want to go there

because I know that I will be not happy at Rotorua by knowing every classmates progress.

So I was not looking forward to going there.

Moreover we had three tests,Two English tests and one Math test.

It means we were able to know how my English skill was improved...

First I met my friends in Napier on the bus!!

It was excited because some of them didn't meet during the half of year in Napier.

Then we took the bus to go to Rotorua.

On our way to go to Rotorua,we stopped Taupo to eat lunch.

It was really yummy but we didn't have enough time to eat and chatting...

This is some of our classmates who live in Napier at the moment!!:)

They go to Have lock north,Hestings girls,Taradel high,Napier girls,Sacret heart girls and WH!!: )

As soon as we arrivet in Rotorua we begun the tests,English and Math...

Second day we went to taup to have a big English test...

It was sooooo cold on that day...

After it we went to Huka fall!!:)

It was amazing!!XD

Third day......

It was sight seeing day!!!!!!!!!!!!!: )

It was sooooooooo fun day!!

It was sooooooooooooooooo fun!!:)

But we did just one time....

Because we didn't have enough time for it...

We ate ice-cream after the spa!!hahaha

last day.....

When we ate breakfast we left Rotorua...

It was sooooo fast Rotorua trip...

Some of the classmates were crying when we were separated...

My classmates are really awesome!!

Awesome day in Rotorua WITHOUT TESTS!!:-)

Yesterday I heard that our class,2F 's English formal test was the highest score ever

 since the study abroad course was started!!

I'll get result of it someday...

I just hope that my score is higher than when I had a test before...

About awesome volunteer work at school(not Woodford)

Today in the mornig,Mayumi and I went to the school,which Ms Ellis's daughter working to teach some Japanese culture!!

It was just AWESOME!!:)

At first we introduce ourselves in Japanese because they know Japanese very well!!

It was amazing!!

They were only year6,7 and 8..9(?)!!

They asked a lot of questions in Japanese as well!!:)

Then they showed us video which they made with their vocie in Japanese!!

It was sooooo cute!!:)

After that we started to teach ORIGAMI!!

Frst we taught how to make the heart!

Everyone done very well!!

Then next we made Ball which use only one piece of paper!!

Then last we made Dodecagonwhich use 12 piece of paper and even high school students it quite difficult...

BUT!!

They all did well and all of them made perfectly!!

It was fantastic!!<33

 

 

After that we showed how to wear YUKATA with one girl from that class!!

Mayumi is good at showing how to wear it so I think everyone were enjoyed to watching it!!haha

Then last we showed Baton at the school ground!!

It was sooooo narvous because there were many students and also we didn't practise a lot!!

We just practise yesterday after school for an hour and today's mornig...hahaha

I think it was successful!!:)

I couldn't dance perfectly but we didn't do the big mistakes!!:)

I enjoyed dancing!!:)
Many people were surprised when we danced with baton!!:)

After performance we had time to answer the questions from the stuents!!:)

Then we took photo with everyone and went back to WH!!:)

I really want to go and teach more!!haha

It was just amazing fantastic day for me and I'm sure that for Mayumi as well!!:)

About earthquake

Right now I felt earthquake in school at Esol class...

It was quite big and I remaind the earthquake which i felt in Japan on March 11.

On March 11,I was in the school and having music lesson.

when the earthquake strucked,I became panic...just panic...

That's because i have never had such a big earthquake...

Teacher were paniced as well.

We evacuated to the school ground but still four or five big earthquake was strucked...

There were some announce about detail and I heard that it was strucked in up north..

Even the big one strucked,still big one were strucked...

I'll tell about terrible earthquake in japan march 11 at 14:46.



As you know it was not just up north of Japan...

My place was seismic intensity,strong 5.

Even it was really scarely...

But the biggest one in Japan was 7....

I couldn't believe it...

The magnitude was 9.0.

After I went home with my group,

there were no one at home so i went to my friend house and watched TV...

There were News of TUNAMI and also there were movies as well...

I don't want to up Tunami movies because it's really terrible and sad to watch...

I had earthquake sick for a while...

I felt shaking all of the time..

And the jiggling someone's knees is really makes me sick...

Sometimes it makes the buildings shaking and for me it feel like earthquake...

So I always scared ith it during the class time...

But anyway today's earthquake was 4.9 magnitude so it was allright but i'm not feeling good...

I hope it'll not strucked in NZ anymore and also japan as well..

About my club,baton twirling and cheerleading club in Japan

I asked my mom to send me some DVD and baton oneday and i got it yesterday!!

Actually i really didn't like my club in Japan but when I got baton from mom,I was soooo excited!!

I was involved baton and cheerleading club in my japanese school.

I have performed at the school festival.

I only did for about 5 months so I'm not good at playing...

About ORIGAMI lesson at school!!!

Last Monday and Tuesday's lunch time I had Origami lesson as the culture club!!

It was sooooo fun because I really like to teach Japanese culture and making something with Origami.

Also I like to watch everyone's face

which looks really happy that she made the beautiful things with Origami!!:-)

We made Dodecagon which is one of my favorite thing!!haha

There are many members not only international students but also Kiwis who is interested in other culture!!:)

She is same year12 and she was really good at folding parpers!!

She asked me how to make other stuffs with origami!!

I was sooooo happy to teach her!!XD

I really wanna do again!!
And I want to learn more other country's culture through this culture club!!:)
